The Rotary Club of Jacksonville invites the community to come out to Community Park on Halloween night to ride the Big Eli Ferris Wheel and celebrate a haunted Halloween with a FUN and FREE event from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m.
Rotarian Stefanie Ballinger said, “This slightly spooky, family-friendly event is sponsored and staffed by volunteers from the Rotary Club of Jacksonville. Rotarians in costume will be handing out candy and providing free rides on the Big Eli wheel.”
Children must be at least 36 inches tall to ride the Ferris wheel. Children of all ages (and sizes) may participate in the free trick-or-treat event.
