In addition to a great variety of German and domestic beers available at Oktoberfest, a new activity this year is an opportunity to taste small batch beers brewed by local home brewers, including Bad Influence Brewing, Gravel Springs Brewing, Deadstone Brewing, and Pendick Street Brewing! You can vote for your favorites! You can taste home brews from 1:00-4:00 p.m.

Get your TICKETS for this September 21 event, which takes place in Jacksonville at the Morgan County Fairgrounds! It’s a celebration of all things German, including music, games, food, beer and wine! Join us!

Family friendly schedule includes dachshund racing and and a dressed dog parade. Contests will include the stein endurance, keg toss, and more! Toss for Autism will offer a bags tournament with cash prizes.

Entertainment will be provided by the Heidelberg Band, with German music and modern music throughout the day.

The popular “German Meal” will once again be offered, with the Rotary Club members serving German and American food. A new feature is our home brew beer tasting and contest. And a full menu of popular wines and beers will be available to purchase.
