Area children are invited to join the Jacksonville Rotary Club and the Sunrise Rotary Club for free “haunted” Ferris Wheel rides and trick or treating at the Big Eli Ferris Wheel in Community Park on Halloween night from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m.
Rides are free for kids and chaperones. Children must be taller than 36 inches to ride the Ferris wheel, but smaller children may participate in trick-or-treating.
