Have fun on Halloween Night 2019 at the Rotary Squeal at the Wheel in Community Park. This event is fun for all ages, and includes FREE Ferris Wheel rides and Trick or Treating. Squeal at the Wheel is held at the Big Eli Wheel in Community Park at Main & Morton in Jacksonville from 5:30 to 8:30 pm. Note: You must be 36  inches tall to ride the wheel.
